Primary Responsibilities -
Talent acquisition as per recruitment budget and manpower planning
Ensuring quality of candidates are hired and are upto the company standards
Ensuring smooth Employee joining and induction process, accurate documentation, salary account opening, personal docket preparation
Preparation and timely submission of accurate payroll, attendance and leave data
Execution of Employee engagement & Employee welfare activities for the region
Managing complete HR operations, Statutory Compliance and grievance management
Responsible for preparing HR MIS like Recruitment, onboarding reports etc & attend audit queries
Manage Employee database in MS-Excel as well as in HRMS
Support in executing learning & development initiatives
Assist and execute Performance management system & administer continuous performance management of the region
Maintaining good Industrial relations and Employee relations
